Customer Service Representative - Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD)

Location: Brunei Muara, Brunei Darussalam

Position: Customer Service Representative – Branch Banking Operations and Services, COO Division

Job Overview

Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) is hiring a Customer Service Representative to enhance customer satisfaction at branch concierge. The ideal candidate will guide and assist customers with banking needs while ensuring excellent service in line with bank policies.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Must be a citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.

✔ Minimum of 5 O’ Level certificates or equivalent.

✔ Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

✔ Strong time management and interpersonal skills.

✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

✔ Proficiency in Malay and English (both written and verbal).

✔ Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
